Pancakes with butter and sugar in milk

Having prepared the usual thin pancakes in milk or full of pancakes from kefir, you may encounter a problem - how to make sure that they do not stick together and turn into a solid cake?

Cooking Algorithm:

  1. To make pancakes, you need to knead the dough like regular pancakes in milk from the ingredients presented.
  2. Add 2 cups of milk to two eggs, beat until light foam, then add 2 cups of flour and add salt to taste.
  3. Now add about 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil to a preheated pan and fry thin pancakes.
  4. When they are ready, melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave, do not let it boil! There you can add a couple of tablespoons of sugar for sweetness.
  5. Now, each new baked pancake should be slightly watered with the resulting mass. Pancakes do not stick together, but remain soft and fragrant.

Pouring pancakes with oil is quite a bit, it is better to do this with a special baking brush, as if smearing them with a thin layer. That is how they will not become fatty, but simply nourished.

Oil pancakes from the oven (how to make the "old" pancakes fresh)

How to cook:

  1. Having prepared the usual pancakes according to the recipe, you need to take low-fat cottage cheese by adding one egg and a little sugar, grind to a porridge, twist the pancakes.
  2. Then turn on the oven 180 degrees.
  3. While it is warming, put pancakes with cottage cheese in a ceramic or glass dish (which can be used for cooking in the oven), pour sour cream. The amount of sour cream used depends on the volume of the selected container and the number of pancakes themselves. On average, you need about 4-5 tablespoons with a slide + a little butter for a better flavor.
  4. Add cinnamon stick, half a packet of vanillin.

Serve the dish better with fresh fruits, which will give a taste contrast. For example, slices of orange.

Pancake cake, oiled and condensed

To prepare the test you will need:

  • Egg
  • Milk 350 ml
  • Flour 120 g
  • Salt and sugar
  • Butter and vegetable oils

For cream:

  • Butter 350 g
  • Condensed milk 800 g

This pancake cake is prepared very quickly. With even greater speed, your guests and relatives will sweep it off the table, leaving only clean dishes behind them!

  1. Take ready-made pancakes and put on a round plate in size.
  2. Remove all pancakes, leaving only the first or first two. It is better to thicken the layers a little, as the pancakes are quite thin. Take 2 pancakes per layer.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix ghee with condensed milk.
  4. Smear the first layer of the cake with 2-3 large spoons of the obtained homogeneous cream.
  5. Cover the cake with a second layer and repeat the procedure until the pancakes on the table are over.

The last layer can be decorated with the remnants of a cream or one condensed milk (to look more aesthetically pleasing), sprinkled with nuts.

With butter and cheese filling and nuts

For the test you need:

  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Sugar and salt
  • Vegetable oil

For filling:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese
  • Butter
  • Grated walnuts
  • Honey
  • Sugar

How to cook:

  1. Ready pancakes to cool.
  2. Take pancakes one at a time, applying the filling.
  3. For the filling, grind the cheese with melted butter. Oil to take about 50 g per 150 g of cottage cheese.
  4. Add to the filling 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.
  5. Grind walnuts in a coffee grinder or just crush with a rolling pin.
  6. Mix the cheese and butter filling with nuts and begin to lay in pancakes.
  7. Pancakes fold with a triangle.
  8. Serve with honey.

If you add honey instead of sugar in the filling, the recipe will turn out to be much tastier.

Pancake cake with a delicate butter cream

For pancakes:

  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • A pinch of salt (not more than half a teaspoon)
  • Vegetable oil for frying in a pan

For cream:

  • Sour cream 100 g
  • Butter 30 g
  • Condensed milk 1 can

How to cook:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add milk and stir well.
  3. While stirring the dough, add the flour gradually.
  4. When the dough is about the consistency of something like liquid sour cream, stop stirring and set it aside for the duration of the cream preparation.
  5. Fry the pancakes by greasing the pan with vegetable oil. You shouldn’t pour a lot of it, because the pancakes will turn out to be greasy and the cream on the cake may exfoliate.
  6. Coat the cooled pancakes with a ready-made cream and decorate at your discretion.

The cake is very tender and light, but quite satisfying!

With jam and butter

Need for cooking:

  • All pancake ingredients (butter, milk, eggs and flour)
  • Any jam

How to cook:

  1. Beat 3 eggs and milk 300-400 ml until light foam.
  2. Stir in flour, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Fry pancakes in vegetable oil, you can use olive oil. On which oil the furnace does not really matter.
  4. After cooking the pancakes, take one and spread the jam on it, and put small pieces of butter on top.

The layer of butter should be very thin, otherwise the pancake will be greasy and tasteless, and its calorie content will be high. A light layer will give a pleasant creamy shade.
